  Rick Rusaw, author of The Externally Focused Church and pastor of Lifebridge Christian Church in Longmont, will discuss how a church begins and implement the ideas presented in his book. Special attention will be paid to obstacles that may be encountered and how to deal with them in appropriate ways.
Participants will receive a copy of the book in advance and will be assumed to have a basic knowledge of its contents.
